Popularly known as the 'Scholarship man of India', Ashutosh founded Buddy4Study in the year 2011. Having closely experienced funding problems for his own education, he dedicated his life on this mission to help students facing financial difficulties. His passion and vision of impacting the lives of millions of students form the basis of all innovative products coming out from the organization’s armoury. Ashutosh is working towards expanding the universe of scholarships and encompass corporations, foundations, institutes and individuals in its fold to offer one-stop funding solution.An alumnus of MERI, Kolkata and IMT-Ghaziabad, Ashutosh is also a prolific writer and has authored India's first scholarship book for students. He is a man of coding and programming languages and makes complex systems simplify the process of scholarships match-making. A Software Engineer by profession, Raj has built Buddy4Study's portal from scratch and is constantly endeavouring to achieve technological milestones in this journey of Buddy4Study. His belief is that online platforms must keep evolving their user journey in line with the advancements in technology and changing user preferences.He spends most of his holidays in travelling to hills and mountains!Devesh Kumar Gupta

A leader in Global IT Operations, Delivery, and transitions with over 25+ years of experience, Mr.Gupta brings with him wealth of knowledge and expertise at Buddy4Study.He has worked in various leadership roles across different industries such as BFSI, Business Analytics, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, Logistics, Health, Education, etc.He Holds an MBA in IT from Amity Business School which he has done with 100% Scholarship He has also conducted motivational workshops for more than 1000 students by Art of Living. An MBA graduate from IMT-Ghaziabad, Neha is responsible for building relationships and alliances with business goals. She also makes sure that commitment to the partners are fulfilled across scholarship, skilling and employee volunteering projects. Having worked as a business consultant with Mckinsey and Zinnov, Neha enjoys working on innovative, challenging ideas and leading them to implementation.Buddy4Study provides a platform to explore, learn and innovate new things. She loves being associated with the social cause on which Buddy4Study is working for supporting students in their education. At Buddy4Study, he leads a young team of creative writers, researchers, digital enthusiasts and designers to keep the buddies of Buddy4Study engaged 24*7 with scholarship opportunities and career counselling.Sharad Semwal

Mr. Sharad Semwal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across diverse industries including Manpower Consulting, Telecom, Agri-tech, Advertising, and Media. With a solid foundation in Recruitment Consultancy, Talent Acquisition, and Strategic HR interventions, he has excelled in leadership roles such as Delivery Head, Practice Head, HR Lead, and AVP HR. Over his 20+ years career, he has spearheaded HR operations, established start-up recruitment firms, and managed international and domestic talent acquisition. His expertise spans HR policy formulation, PMS systems implementation, and succession planning. Having worked in both professional and owner-driven companies, including a significant stint at IFFCO Group, he brings a wealth of experience to every role he undertakes. Sidharath Goel

Sidharth is a senior leader and an expert in Digital and Transformational OPs, Program Excellence and Agile Methodologies. He is a certified PMP®, Project Management Professional, SAFE 5.1 - Certified Agilist and is certified in Cloud and DevOps. He is also a member of PMI India North Chapter.He holds 21 years of varied industry experience and is skilled in leading customer engagements across various global geographies. Previously, he has served in the roles of Practice and Delivery Leader for large/mid-scale global delivery and Program Engagements in diverse industry domains including Fintech, Core Banking and Lending, E-Commerce (Payment Integrations, Loyalty, POS Automation), Edtech and Healthcare.
