The Global Education & Leadership Foundation’s The Education Prize 2016 recognizes and supports the leadership of teachers who continually work to improve their practice and have made outstanding contribution to impact their students. tGELF launched The Education Prize in 2013. Through The Education Prize 2016 “Engaging Classrooms,” tGELF endeavours to identify those teachers who have changed the ethos in their classrooms and have engaged their students in the teaching learning process Each award carries with it a Certificate of Merit and a cheque for each of the school categories. This year tGELF has introduced the Rural and/or Government School Category and the Overseas School Category. Within any of these categories teachers or Principals may apply for the Nursery – Grade 5 or the Grade 6 12 category.
There are additional benefits of publication of a compilation of the best ideas; free participation in tGELF LIFE Conferences and thus become a part of the tGELF network.
The tGELF Education Prize 2016
DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Applicants to tGELF’s The Education Prize 2016 are classroom teachers from a recognised school teaching K – 12 within India and/ or overseas.
- The teacher should have a minimum of 3 years of service in the current recognised school.
- A teacher can apply for the award in any 1 of the categories mentioned in the application form.
- Previous Prize Winner are not eligible.
How can you apply? Applicant have to submit the application form by email and by post both
