About The Program
The AKD law firm offers 5 student scholarships for the Summer School on ‘The Law and Practice of International Dispute Settlement’ launched by The Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL) of the University of Amsterdam and the T.M.C. Asser Instituut.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
Eligible Candidates:
- The partial scholarships are exclusively available to master students and PhD candidates.
- Candidates who are focusing on issues of international law including dispute resolution, courts and tribunals, settlement of investment disputes, the peaceful settlement of disputes, and the judicialization of international law.
- Students focusing on private international law practices with public interest consequences are also eligible, as are students in related fields.
Please note that nationals from non-OECD countries [India included] are particularly encouraged to apply for this scholarship.
