The University of Basel invites applications for Tender Starting Scholarships 2018 from PhD applicants. The students who are willing to pursue a doctorate degree in the fields of early modern history, medieval history, recent and modern history, Jewish history, eastern European history, etc., are eligible to apply.

- Sketch for the dissertation project (maximum 3 pages)

- One to two text samples (including Master's thesis or similar)
