Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research invites applications for a six-week long Summer Training in Physics and Chemistry, STIPAC - 17 which includes theoretical lecture courses and hands-on laboratory experience through projects. This programme is aimed at motivating the students to pursue a career in research and the theme for this year is Applications of Electromagnetic Radiation in Physics & Chemistry. Twenty students will be selected in each discipline and they will be provided a stipend of INR 4000 per month, travel expenses of sleeper class will be reimbursed and accommodation on payment basis will also be arranged.

Step 4: Send a write-up, in your own words, printed on a separate sheet (hard copy, one page only) on “Electromagnetic Radiation and their use in Scientific Research” accompanying the filled in application form.
Step 5: Sent by post to the respective Course Director.
