PhD Studentship in Engineering at Cardiff University UK 2017 main aim is to develop a new generation human centered fresh computing stage which is intelligent executing the prescriptive analysis and generating meaningful and reasonable decision and powerful at large scale high performance computing based HPC distributed optimization that advantage the full potential of cloud computing, internet of things and big data analytics.

- Candidates have a first class degree or an appropriate Master’s level qualification.
- Candidates with either of the following skills would be particularly suited to the post:
- Computer science background who has good skills on cloud computing, big data analytics, machine learning or data mining.
- Computational Engineering background who has good optimization algorithm development capability and ideally with high performance based computing experience.
- Candidates will be required to show ability in the english language.
