About The Program
Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) invites applications for New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships 2017 for post-graduates and PhD courses. Interested candidate can apply online and at the time of the interview, they have to produce two copies of the same application form. The courses which will be studied in New Zealand are agricultural Development and renewable Energy. Selected candidate will receive full tuition fees, living allowance, establishment expenses, medical and travel allowance.

- Graduates and post graduates degree holder with the minimum 65% marks.
- Age must be less than 38 years of age as on 30th March 2017.
- The students living in India (or returned to India 24 months back) will only consider for this.

Self-attested scanned copy of the mark-sheet of degrees, diploma, qualifying examination,
(b) Where grades are mentioned, the candidate must upload the official explanation
adopted by the University/Institution.
(c) Self-attested copy of date of birth certificate/ class 10th certificate bearing date of
birth or other equivalent documents.
(Note: The size must be under 530 kb for a single file. The applicant can zip in the case of more than one document to be uploaded. A zip file is treated as a single file and it
must be under 530 kb in size.)
