IITB-Monash Research Academy invites applications for IITB-Monash Research Academy Ph.D. Scholarships 2018 from MTech, ME, MSc, BE, BTech, BSc students. It aims to provide significant and innovative research outcomes. The joint venture of IIT Bombay and Monash Research Academy enhances research collaborations between Australia and India.
NOTE: Candidates without a valid GATE score or research fellowship can be considered for admission if they have a minimum two years of professional experience.
The application can be submitted online by following these steps:
Step 1: The candidate has to fill (EOI) Expression Of Interest.
Step 2: If the EOI is selected, the candidate will get a unique (FAN) Form A Number via email invitation.
Step 3: Login to upload all the required documents.
Note: Candidate has only one opportunity to use their FAN to log in to the site to upload all of your documentation related to the application process. So it will be most optimal if you collect all documentation relating to your application before visiting the site.

Q. Is there an English Language pre-requisite for entry into the Academy Ph.D. program?
A. Proficiency in the English language is a must. This is assessed on the basis of the manner in which the response made to specific questions in the Form-A and during the face-to-face interview. The GRE/GATE/IELTS/TOEFL will be considered as part of the assessment process if available.
Q. When is the best time to apply?
A. Apply when in the final year of BTech, MTech, ME or MSc. The program is open to all candidates with a first class degree in MTech, MSc from a reputed university or a graduation/ post graduation with a high GPA from the IIT, NIT or BITS.
