About The Program
HDFC Bank is providing Educational Crisis Scholarship Support(ECSS) for students who are dropping their education due to a financial crisis. Under this scheme, the selected students will receive financial assistance of up to INR 25,000.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
- The students studying in Class 6 to 12, graduate or post-graduate course in any recognized private/ government aided school/ institution/ college/ university are eligible
- The students whose family is facing any unfortunate event/ crisis which has occurred in the preceding two years
- The students whose annual family income is less than INR 3,00,000

Q. What is the selection process?
A. Received applications will be assessed on the basis of the criteria defined by HDFC Bank’s
management. Students will be selected basis the score that they receive on the selection parameters. While every effort will be made to ensure a fair screening, the management reserves the right to decide the final recipients.
Q. When will the Scholarship be announced? Will the applicants be intimated?
A. The final list of scholarships will be uploaded on the Bank’s website by the 15th September 2017 to 30th September 2017. Selected students will be communicated through SMS/telephone calls on the number registered with HDFC bank.
