- The Vice Chancellor of all eligible Universities/Institutes may recommend three entries (at least one women candidate) which will be entertained without the fee.
- The principals of the respective Universities/Institutes may recommend two entries which will be entertained without an entry fee.
Note-Other candidate will have to send a demand draft of Rs.100/- in favor of "Damodarshree Organizing Committee" payable at Allahabad along with the hard copy of the essay.
- The top ten selected entries will have to present and defend their entries on 2nd October in the premises of S.S.Khanna Girls'Degree College, Allahabad.
- The traveling expenses of selected ten candidates by AC-II will be born by organizers.
- The candidate's name and any other identity should be written in the prescribed Performa and not in any other place.
- Preference would be given to original contents and the matters copied from the internet should be indicated specifically otherwise it will lead to disqualification.
- Photo copy of the I-card should be attached to the paper.
- The joint paper shall not be accepted.
Award details-
- The winner will be awarded Damodarshree National Award for Academic Excellence and an amount of INR.2 Lakh.
- The first and second runner up will receive an amount of INR.1 Lakh and INR.50,000 respectively.
- The best undergraduate will get an amount of INR.30,000 as prize money.
- A special prize of INR.30,000 would be awarded at the discretion of the organizers.
