ACST Pattern:
For 11th class:
- Based on Class 9 & 10 syllabus
- Physics-25, Chemistry-25 and Maths-25 comprising 75 objective questions
- Duration-2 Hours. No Negative Marking
For 12th class:
- Based on Class 11 syllabus
- Physics-25, Chemistry-25 & Maths-50 comprising 100 objective questions
- Duration-2 Hours. No Negative Marking
Special scholarship offered to children of Police & Defence Personnel/Martyrs:
In order to pay Aakash's deepest respect and regards to those heroes(Martyrs) who have sacrificed their lives while on duty for the sake of sovereignty and security of the country, whether they were from Army/Air Force/Navy/BSF/CISF/CRPF/SSB/Police, the Institute will provide 100% scholarship on tuition fee to their children aspiring to join Aakash for the academic session 2017-2018 and will try its best to build their career. In addition, the children of defence servicemen and police personnel who are presently serving their duties with dignity or are retired will get an additional 20% scholarship over and above what their wards deserve/score in ACST (Admission cum Scholarship Test) and other scholarships offered as per Aakash's prospectus.
Important Notes:
The admission and additional scholarship to the students will be provided with the above-mentioned criteria for the academic session 2017-18. Proof from the concerned department (Police & Defence Personnel and Martyrs) needs to be submitted with admission form. Martyrs (Army, Navy, Air Force, CRPF, CISF & BSF and Police Department).
