General Conditions of Entry:
- The competition is for individual students only. No Joint entries are permitted.
- Students may submit any design, which is done either as a part of the program of his/her engineering studies or a design especially worked out for the competition. If a team of students has jointly done a project, the Principal/HOD should certify (Certificate of Authenticity) the role played by the student entering the competition and an account of approximate percentage of his/her contribution to the entire design project.
- There is no entry fee what so ever.
- Each student can participate only in any one discipline.
- The design project for the competition must not exceed 20 pages of standard A4 size (single side). The design project must contain description about the design, brief history of the existing technology and improvements proposed and the conclusions.
- If in the opinion of judges, there are not a sufficient number of entries or if the entries do not measure up to the required standards, NDRF reserves the right to alter the prizes or to combine and divide the prizes in any manner it deems fit.
- The competitors are required to submit a signed declaration stating that the design project for the competition is entirely their own and also completely fill the Participant Detail Form provided.
- The Awardees will be intimated about the Date and Venue of the Award Presentation.
Award details-
- Medals(Gold, Silver, Bronze) are being awarded to the first three in each discipline.
- Winners will also receive a Certicate of Appreciation.
