About The Program

19th International Child Art Exhibition 2017 organized by Kshitij society to promote art by organizing exhibitions of paintings, greeting cards, cartoon at national and international level. Founded by Narender Mehta, the aim is to develop an artistic milieu in the society. Till now it has organized 7 successful All India and 18 International Child Art Exhibitions, various group shows, workshops, demonstrations, competitions etc. for all age groups which are held regularly to encourage the artists. The aim is to sensitize, motivate and educate young and growing children through art towards the topics of global concern “Prakriti - Nature”. It is necessary to make the participant learn about nature before picking the pencil, brush or color. It is necessary for the participant to include animals, birds, butterfly, flowers, mountains, oceans, plants, trees, rainbow etc. The size of the Painting and Cartoon should not exceed 15" x 11" and Size of Greeting should not exceed 7"x10".

Group K - Age less than 5 Year (Class KG, Nursery etc.)
Group A - Class 1 (Age up 5+ to 6 Year)
Group B - Class 2 to 3 (Age up to 6+ to 8 Year)
Group C - Class 4 to 6 (Age up to 8+ to 11 Year)
Group D - Class 7 to 9 (Age up to 11+ to 14 Year)
Group E - Class 10 to 12 (Age up to 14+ to 18 Year)
Group F - For Handicap Participants (No Age Limit)
Group G - For Life Members (No Age Limit)

How can you apply?

The application can be done by post through registered post, speed post, courier, or by hand.

One candidate can send any number of entries and the application fee for each entry will be Rs 100. If a candidate sends 1 painting, 2 greetings, 3 cartoons then his total entries are 1+2+3=6 and his entry fees become 6 x Rs 100 = Rs 600.

  • The institution/school can send a single Bank Demand Draft/Cheque of total amount. Entry fees should be sent by Bank Demand Draft only in favour of " KSHITIJ ", payable at New Delhi or Gurgaon (Haryana).
  • Entry fees can also be sent by A/c payee Cheque (payable at par through clearing) in favour of "KSHITIJ" (Only for National Participant)
  • Entry fees can also be paid by E-Transfer (You may ask for bank details)
  • Entry fees can also be sent by Money Order or by cash (only by hand) only for National Participants.

Terms and Conditions

Every entry should have on its back:- (USE ONLY CAPITAL LETTERS)

  • Participant's Name
  • Group & Class
  • School Name (in Short Form), City and Country

Each Institution/ School or a group of students should send a minimum of 20 entries however there is no limit to maximum entries. Below 20 entries will not be accepted.

Full details of the participant should be in clear legible block letters on the back of entry, failure of which would make the entry liable to be rejected on the option of management.
